Our engineers and administration staff benefit from a programme of development and training which, coupled with technical backup, gives all our clients the highest level of professional service. Our knowledge of your buildings makes us ideally placed to project manage alterations to the building infrastructure at minimal disruption. Services are tailored to meet customer requirements and include construction, reactive and preventative building maintenance, refurbishment and building alterations.

Trades covered include bricklayers, joiners, corgi registered plumbers and heating engineers, JIB NICEIC Dsear IEE accredited electricians, plasterers, tilers, painters and decorators. All our trades operatives wear corporate clothing, are CSCS registered, carry check able ID cards, mobile phones and use modern vans clearly marked with the SBU logos.

All our activities are controlled by proven delivery processes using the ISO approved systems.
